Shipping policy
When will I get my order?
In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted. Please note that the fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- Canada: 10-15 business days
- USA: 4-7 business day
- Australia: 10-15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-15 business days
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:
- Issues with print/embroidery files
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions
That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us at hello@krystalkiss.com and we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.
Orders
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@krystalkiss.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, Krystal Kiss offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please email us at hello@krystalkiss.com with a clear photo showing the issue.
Cancellations
You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible.
