Krystal Kiss offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please email us at hello@krystalkiss.com with a clear photo showing the issue.Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@krystalkiss.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
